I help with the practical side: we fill out the PRH forms together, open a bank account, take out YEL insurance. You sign (the law requires it), I handle everything else.

I've been helping new and small businesses with their financial administration for years. I know which things really trip up a new entrepreneur — and at which stage expert help saves money and grey hairs.

The all-in-one package was born because I noticed how many new entrepreneurs hit their head against the wall between different vendors: the lawyer says one thing, the designer another, the developer a third and the accountant a fourth. I do everything under one roof and I know how the pieces fit together.

We do it together. I handle all the technical and bureaucratic side and guide you through every step, but e.g. the business formation signatures are by law your responsibility. In branding and the website I need direction from you — you're not alone, but not a passive bystander either.
WordPress sites are slow, insecure (the most common hack target) and their updates break plugins. I code sites from scratch with Claude Code and run them on GitHub Pages — static HTML, fast, not hackable, and hosting is included in the monthly fee. You also save 120–300 €/year on WordPress hosting and plugin fees.
Easor Mini (5.90 €/mo) — the lightest option from Easor, max 50 vouchers/year. Suitable for a small sole trader.
Easor (from 15 €/mo) — scales to a growing business's needs, modern and Finnish.

The package includes the first ad and its build-out together. Ongoing ad management is a separate service, 250 €/month. Many new entrepreneurs manage well on their own after the initial guidance — if you need continuous help, that's agreed separately.

The ad budget (10–50 €/day) is paid separately directly to Facebook or Google.

From 50 €/month — includes accounting (1–20 vouchers/mo), authority filings, website hosting (GitHub Pages) and website maintenance. If the voucher count is exceeded, the price adjusts according to the current price list. Separately, you pay the accounting software monthly fee (from 5.90 €) and the domain yearly (10–15 €). Payroll, annual financial statements and other extra work at hourly rate.
Great! In the consultation, we'll review what you already have. We'll either agree on a custom price for the parts you need, or use the freed-up time for other services (e.g. more website content or a bigger ad campaign).
The consultation is free and obligation-free. The contract is only signed once you're ready to proceed. If you cancel before the formation phase, we only charge for the work done up to that point — not the whole package.
4–6 weeks from consultation to launch. Formation 1–2 weeks, brand and website 2–3 weeks, and first ad + accounting setup within a week. The timeline can be tailored if you have e.g. a deadline for a launch event.
Yes. All services work entirely remotely — Google Meet, phone, email. Documents are signed electronically (Suomi.fi authentication). If needed, we can also meet in person in Läyliäinen, Finland.
